Your Role
As a Home Care Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes by:
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Carrying out wellbeing checks
- Following care plans and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly, compassionate and reliable attitude
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends
- Willingness to undergo background checks
- 🚗 Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
- ✔ Class 1 Business Insurance (or willing to obtain)
