Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) - Driver Required
Flexible Zero-Hours Contract
Shifts Available: Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 10:00pm

As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide essential support that helps people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Every visit gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.

The Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will:
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional support
- Provide medication reminders
- Help with light household tasks and shopping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out wellbeing checks to ensure client safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Deliver high-quality care in line with company policies and care standards
What We're Looking For
- A caring and compassionate nature
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and a professional approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
- Willingness to undergo relevant background checks
- Hold or be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
