(Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible Shifts Available | Monday – Sunday | 7am – 10pm)

What You Will Do
- Provide Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and privacy.
- Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
- Offer Companionship: Build meaningful connections to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regularly assess safety, comfort, and needs to ensure quality care.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to care standards, health and safety, and client confidentiality policies.
- Contribute to Improvement: Share ideas in team meetings to enhance service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in Care: Previous roles are beneficial, but a strong compassion for others is essential.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, empathetic, and passionate about helping people.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective interaction with clients and their families.
- Willingness to Collaborate: Thrives in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with weekend/evening shifts and adaptable to client needs.
- Diligence & Professionalism: Reliable in care duties and wellbeing checks.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must own a car and hold (or be willing to obtain) Class 1 Business Insurance.
