The Role
As a Home Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with daily routines (meal preparation, medication prompts, light housekeeping)
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Conducting regular wellbeing checks
- Following care plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating within a supportive care team
About You
To apply, we seek candidates with:
- Preferable (but not essential): Previous care experience
- A kind, dependable, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with working hours (including weekends)
- Willingness to complete relevant background checks
