About Windrush Care
Windrush Care is looking for people of all backgrounds and experience to provide genuine person-centred care and much-needed support to older people in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area. Windrush Care is a small, independent, and family-owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients who are able to continue living in their own homes.
What We Offer
- Flexibility: Most of our other carers work around other jobs and family life. We truly believe in a healthy work-life balance. If you just wish to work early or late, or a combination of the two, that is fine with us.
- Competitive Hourly Wage:
- £14.00 per hour (Mon-Fri)
- £14.75 per hour (Weekends)
- Enhancements for Bank holidays
- 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards, then back home)
Availability Requirement
We are currently requiring candidates who have the availability in the mornings between 07.00am - 10.00am. Days available: Mon-Fri + weekends. Contracted hours available, dependent on availability.
