Purpose
We’re looking for Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoy being out on the road. In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver shopping to customers, acting as the friendly face of Iceland.
- Ensure fast, reliable service with a smile.

In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Follow safe van loading procedures (including heavy lifting & manual handling).
- Maintain safe driving practices at all times.
- Perform daily van checks for safety.
- Ensure food remains in optimal condition upon delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Assist in-store when required.
- Work independently, managing your time efficiently.
- Have the flexibility to work shifts, with timings varying between 6am & 11pm.

- Have a full driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
- Are positive, friendly, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
- Are punctual and deadline-driven.
- Have a strong awareness of road safety.
