Purpose
We’re hiring Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in providing excellent service and enjoy being out on the road. In this role, you’ll be delivering shopping and connecting directly with customers as the face of Iceland.

Key Responsibilities
To succeed as a Home Delivery Driver, you can expect to:
- Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (e.g., heavy lifting and manual handling).
- Always adhere to safe driving practices.
- Complete van checks.
- Ensure food arrives to customers in the best condition.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in-store when required.
- Work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Work flexible shifts, typically between 6am and 11pm.
Requirements
Apply if you:
- Hold a full driving licence with at least 3 years’ experience and no more than 6 points.
- Are positive, friendly, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
- Are punctual and can reliably meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety.
