Home Delivery Driver
Van Driver / Doorstep Delivery Associate
Key Responsibilities

Safe and efficient deliveries: • Drive a 3.5-tonne van to deliver groceries door-to-door on time, ensuring all items are in good condition • Perform pre-drive checks to confirm the van is roadworthy, clean, and organised, and that delivery cases are secure • Safely navigate a variety of locations, including busy residential streets and narrow countryside lanes

Customer service excellence: • Provide outstanding customer support, answering questions and handling substitutions • Keep customers informed of any delays • Build deep product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations

Store flexibility: • Assist in store operations when not active on deliveries
