Role Purpose
We’re searching for Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in providing excellent service and enjoy being on the road. In this role, you’ll deliver shopping while acting as the face of Iceland, connecting directly with customers.

In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Follow safe van loading procedures (i.e., heavy lifting & manual handling)
- Adhere to safe driving practices
- Conduct van safety checks
- Ensure food reaches customers in the best condition
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in-store when required
- Work independently with strong time management skills
- Rotate shifts (patterns vary between 6am–11pm)

- Hold a british driving license (requirements: held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points)
- Are positive, friendly and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
- Are punctual and confident in meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate strong awareness of road safety
