About the Role
You’ll represent Iceland by bringing groceries and shopping to customers while delivering exceptional delivery standards. Your responsibilities include:

Safe van operation & maintenance
- Ensuring correct van loading/offloading (including heavy manual handling)
- Following safe driving practices at all times
- Checking van pre-delivery condition

Customer-focused service
- Ensuring food arrives in the best possible condition
- Delivering polite, honest, and helpful customer interactions

Flexibility & team support
- Helping in store when required (additional duties as needed)
- Working independently to manage workload efficiently

Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence (with at least 3 years’ experience) and no more than 6 penalty points
- Be positive, friendly, and committed to great customer experience
- Demonstrate punctuality and strong time management skills
- Prioritise road safety with mindful driving practices
