We are currently searching for a Home Delivery Driver to join our team.

Purpose

We are looking for Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience and enjoy being out on the road. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering shopping and becoming the face of Iceland in direct interaction with customers.

In This Role, You Can Expect To

  • Ensure safe van loading and unloading processes are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling)
  • Always adhere to safe driving practices and road safety regulations
  • Perform pre-shift vehicle checks
  • Ensure food items are delivered to customers in the best possible condition
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Assist in the store when required, beyond standard delivery tasks
  • Work independently while efficiently managing your time
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work shifts across a variety of timeframes (6am to 11pm)

  • Hold a full driving license (for at least 3 years)
  • Have no more than 6 points on your licence
  • Are positive, friendly, and passionate about delivering a strong customer experience
  • Are punctual and can meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety
