Delivery Driver – Home Delivery Driver (3.5-Tonne Van)

About the Role

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their groceries promptly and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities include:

• Driving a 3.5-tonne van to deliver groceries safely and on time to customers’ doorsteps.
• Conducting thorough pre-delivery checks—ensuring the van is organised, clean, and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are securely fitted before setting off.
• Driving in diverse locations and conditions, including busy residential streets and narrow country lanes, while complying with safety standards.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, handling substitutions, and keeping customers informed about any potential delays.
• Building strong knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to offer personalised recommendations.

When not on deliveries, you’ll support across the store as needed, assisting in various tasks.
