The Purpose
We’re proud to hire Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in providing excellent service and thrive on being out on the road. In this role, you’ll be delivering shopping while connecting directly with our customers—acting as the face of Iceland.
In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Ensure safe van loading procedures (including heavy lifting & manual handling)
- Adhere strictly to safe driving practices
- Complete van and vehicle safety checks before every shift
- Ensure food arrives in excellent condition at customers’ doors
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, punctual approach
- Assist in-store as needed to support team efforts
- Work independently while efficiently managing your time and delivering on deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, between 6 am and 11 pm depending on demand

Requirements
To apply, you should:
- Hold a full (UK) driving license for at least the past 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points
- Be positive, friendly, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences
- Be punctual and dependent—able to meet tight deadlines effectively
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to road safety, both legally and ethically
