Purpose
We’re seeking Home Delivery Drivers who are passionate about delivering an excellent shopping experience. In this role, you’ll:
- Directly engage with customers as the face of Iceland
- Deliver shopping efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
In this role, you can expect to:
- Follow safe van loading procedures (including heavy lifting and manual handling)
- Always adhere to safe driving practices
- Conduct thorough van checks before and after deliveries
- Ensure food arrives to customers in optimal condition
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in-store when required (e.g., during peak periods)
- Work independently and manage your time efficiently
- Be available for shifts, with patterns ranging from 6am to 11pm
Requirements
Apply if you:
- Have a full valid driving licence (held for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 points
- Are positive, friendly, and passionate about customer service excellence
- Are punctual, deadline-driven, and reliable
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety
