Role Description
This full-time, on-site Home Delivery Driver and Installer role is based in Hillingdon. The role involves safely driving company vehicles to deliver TEMPUR products to customers’ homes, following scheduled routes and adhering to all road safety regulations. The driver and installer will unload, carry, and assemble mattresses, bed frames, and related products, ensuring correct installation and a clean, tidy work area. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also requires providing courteous, professional customer service, explaining product basics when needed, and representing the TEMPUR brand positively at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record and experience driving light commercial vehicles.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and install mattresses, bed frames, and related products, with good physical fitness and manual handling awareness.
- Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism in customers’ homes, and a polite, solution-focused approach.
- Basic technical and practical skills for assembling and installing bedroom furniture and using standard hand tools.
- Reliability in timekeeping, adherence to delivery schedules, and careful attention to documentation and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team, with a positive attitude and respect for colleagues and customers.
- Experience in home delivery, furniture installation, or logistics is beneficial; familiarity with the bedding or home furnishings sector is a plus.
- Willingness to follow company policies, wear appropriate uniform, and represent the TEMPUR brand to a high standard.
