Home Delivery Driver
## Driver – grocery deliveries (3.5-tonne van)
### What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving a 3.5-tonne van to deliver groceries to customer doorsteps, ensuring on-time and impeccable delivery conditions
- Completing thorough checks to guarantee the van is:
- Organised and clean
- Roadworthy
- Securely loaded before driving safely through various locations and conditions
- Providing outstanding customer service by:
- Answering queries and handling substitutions
- Keeping customers informed of any delays
- Building deep expertise in Sainsbury’s products, services, and promotions to offer tailored recommendations
- Assisting across the store as needed when not on deliveries

- Participate in Sainsbury’s driver safety programme, which includes in-cab AI cameras to monitor driving behaviour and ensure compliance with road laws, fostering a safer environment for all road users
