About the Role

Our Home Delivery Drivers act as brand ambassadors for Iceland. In this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver groceries to customers’ homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Represent Iceland as a customer-facing representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a fast-paced and demanding workload with reliability and customer focus
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery, even during challenges
  • Occasionally assist with store operations (e.g., checkout, stock handling)
  • Represent Iceland professionally in all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Current driving licence (held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points)
  • Strong social skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers
  • Willingness to contribute to teamwork and adapt to dynamic working hours

Working Conditions

  • Shifts may start as early as 6 AM and continue until 11 PM
