Home Delivery Driver
Delivery Van Driver – Customer Doorstep Service
About the Role
As a Sainsbury’s Colleague, you’ll play a vital role in delivering incredible service to our customers. This role involves:

Driving a 3.5-tonne van to deliver groceries
- Ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries to customers' doorsteps

Preparing for safe and efficient deliveries
- Conducting pre-drive checks to ensure the van is clean, organised, and roadworthy
- Securing delivery cases and prepared for various driving conditions

Customer service excellence
- Handling customer queries and substitutions
- Keeping customers informed about any potential delays
- Providing recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of Sainsbury’s products, services, and promotions

Store support
- Assisting across the store when not delivering, ensuring smooth operations
