Success here is driven by our people. We’re searching for a Home Delivery Driver to bring our brand to life on the road, delivering shopping and connecting directly with customers.
Purpose
We’re looking for Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service. In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver shopping with Iceland’s customer service culture front and centre
- Be the face of Iceland to our customers
Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe van loading is strictly adhered to, including:
- Heavy lifting and manual handling best practices

Safety is paramount—always follow safe driving practices, including:
- Daily van checks before setting off
- Adherence to road safety regulations
Quality & customer service is non-negotiable:
- Secure deliveries arrive in the best possible condition
- Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction
Flexibility & support are key:
- Occasionally assist with in-store tasks when needed
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
Fulfill a range of shift patterns, with possible hours including:
- Early starts as early as 6:00 AM
- Late shifts up to 11:00 PM
Requirements
Essential:
✅ Full, valid driving licence (held for at least 3 years) ✅ No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
