Purpose
We’re looking for motivated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in providing excellent service and enjoy being out on the road. In this role, you’ll be ensuring shopping arrives safely—delivering orders and acting as the face of Iceland in direct customer interactions.

Role Responsibilities
As a Home Delivery Driver, you can expect to:
- Follow safe van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling
- Adhere to safe driving practices and conduct regular van checks
- Ensure food arrives to customers in the best condition
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Iceland professionally
- Assist in store operations when required
- Work independently and efficiently, managing your own time
- Demonstrate flexibility, as shift patterns may vary between 6am and 11pm
Requirements

- Hold a full driving licence (for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 points
- Be positive, friendly, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Be punctual and capable of working efficiently to deadlines
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety
