We are now hiring a Home Delivery Driver to join our friendly team.
Purpose of the Role
As a Home Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for: ✔ Delivering shopping with excellent service. ✔ Representing Iceland professionally when interacting with customers. ✔ Ensuring a positive omnichannel customer experience.

In This Role, You Will:
- Follow safe van loading practices (e.g., heavy lifting and manual handling).
- Adhere to safe driving practices at all times.
- Conduct daily van checks before deliveries.
- Ensure the conditon of food matches our quality standards.
- Maintain exceptional customer service in delivering orders.
- Assist in store duties when needed (e.g., stocking or customer support).
- Work independently, manage time efficiently, and juggle flexible shifts (6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, subject to variation).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a full driving license (with minimum 3 years' experience and no more than 6 penalty points).
- Be positive, friendly, and truly passionate about great customer service.
- Demonstrate punctuality and strong time-management skills.
- Show a strong awareness of road safety.
