Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving a 3.5-tonne van to deliver groceries safely and on time to customers’ doorsteps
  • Ensuring the van is organised, clean, roadworthy, and secured, with cases properly stowed
  • Delivering safely in various locations and conditions, including busy residential streets and narrow country lanes
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling substitutions
  • Maintaining product knowledge to offer recommendations and promotions
  • Supporting across the store when delivery duties are complete

  • Hardware to handle heavy lifting (up to 15kg containers)
  • Adaptability in using digital tools for improved workflows
