Delivery Driver
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a 3.5-tonne van to deliver groceries safely and on time to customers’ doorsteps
- Ensuring the van is organised, clean, roadworthy, and secured, with cases properly stowed
- Delivering safely in various locations and conditions, including busy residential streets and narrow country lanes
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling substitutions
- Maintaining product knowledge to offer recommendations and promotions
- Supporting across the store when delivery duties are complete

- Proficient in operating and driving large vehicles across different environments

- Hardware to handle heavy lifting (up to 15kg containers)
- Adaptability in using digital tools for improved workflows
- Committed to safe driving practices, supported by an in-cab AI monitoring system
