concerto with customers as a face of the brand, so your performance directly impacts customer satisfaction. As a Home Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring safe van loading procedures are followed (e.g., heavy lifting and manual handling)
- Adhering to safe driving practices at all times
- Completing thorough van checks before each shift
- Maintaining food quality to ensure deliveries arrive in the best possible condition
- Providing excellent customer service and a friendly, professional experience
- Assisting in-store when required, lending a hand to support team operations
- Managing your time effectively whilst working independently
- Flexible availability for shifts, which may vary between 6am and 11pm
Requirements
To apply for this role, you must:
- Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points
- Be positive, friendly, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines reliably
- Show a strong commitment to road safety, awareness, and compliance
