Home Design Consultant - Carrickmines Home (N122163)
Shift Details: 6.5 hours per week; Tuesday 09:00 – 16:00
About the Role
As a Home Design Consultant at Next, your primary role is to advise customers on their design needs, develop creative ideas, and deliver exceptional customer service – both in-store and at home.
You will:
- Visit customers’ homes or conduct virtual design consultations tailored to their style and preferences
- Prioritise customer and colleague safety during consultations and visits
- Use your design expertise and active listening skills to understand and fulfil customers’ requirements
- Clearly explain product options, lead times, and costs for completed designs
- Meet sales targets while earning an additional performance bonus
