Home Manager
About the Role
The Home Manager will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring the home is compliant with the relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.
We are seeking someone who can lead and inspire our dedicated staff team to ensure we continue to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience as a Home Manager or General Manager in a similar setting
- Demonstrated good leadership qualities
- A hands-on approach to care
- A forward-thinking mindset
- A thorough knowledge of the care standards legislation, including Fundamental Standards
What We Need From You
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a care home

Desirable Skills/Qualifications
- A Registered Nurse with an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) pin
