Home Manager – Person-Centred Care Leadership

Operational Excellence

  • Commercial acumen in care home management, marketing, and occupancy strategy
  • Skilled in safeguarding, CQC compliance, and regulatory adherence

  • Exceptional ability to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Experience building strong community partnerships, fostering local engagement
