Home Manager – Person-Centred Care Leadership

About You: Key Responsibilities & Requirements
To thrive as a Home Manager at Barchester, you’ll need:
Leadership & People Management
- Inspirational leadership, demonstrating a passion for person-centred care
- A proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding, personalised care
- Strong ability to drive continuous improvement within the home

Operational Excellence
- Commercial acumen in care home management, marketing, and occupancy strategy
- Skilled in safeguarding, CQC compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Advanced organisation and project management to optimise service delivery
Communication & Engagement
- Exceptional ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- Experience building strong community partnerships, fostering local engagement
