Home Manager
About The Role
The Home Manager will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring the home is compliant with the relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.
We are seeking someone who can:
- Lead and inspire our dedicated staff team
- Ensure outstanding, truly personalised care is provided to our residents
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Home Manager or General Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership qualities
- A hands-on approach to care
- Forward-thinking mindset
- Solid knowledge of care standards legislation, including the Fundamental Standards

- Manage all operational and financial aspects of the home
- Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards
- Monitor and execute strategies for delivering exceptional care
- Lead, support, and inspire the dedicated staff team
- Demonstrate a practical, hands-on approach in providing care

Requirements
Essential
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a care home
Desirable
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
