About You: Leadership Requirements
We are searching for an inspirational leader with an unwavering passion for person-centred care. You should have:
- Exceptional leadership skills, adept at developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding, personalised care
- A successful track record in shaping engaged, high-performing teams through continuous improvement
- Outstanding organisational and management abilities
- Relevant care home experience, including:
- Marketing and occupancy management
- A strong grasp of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines
- Cross-level communication expertise and the ability to foster community engagement
- Commercial acumen within the care sector, with experience running an Outstanding or Good-rated home profitably
