£65,000–£70,000 + Up to 40% Bonus + Private Medical Insurance

Following four successful years leading the home, our Home Manager has been promoted to Regional Support Manager within Care Concern Group - a reflection of both their success and the genuine career opportunities available across our growing organisation.
We're now looking for an experienced Home Manager to build on those strong foundations and lead the next chapter of Trinity House.
Contract
- £65,000–£70,000 salary
- Annual bonus of up to 40%

The Opportunity
As Home Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of Trinity House, ensuring exceptional nursing care while driving quality, commercial performance and colleague engagement.
Supported by an experienced Regional Director and senior leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to lead your service while benefiting from the support of one of the UK's fastest-growing care providers.

You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional resident outcomes
- Leading and developing an experienced team
- Maintaining high Care Inspectorate standards
- Growing private-funded occupancy
- Managing budgets and operational performance
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Creating a positive culture where colleagues thrive
About You
You're an experienced Home Manager with a proven track record of leading a successful nursing home.
You'll have experience delivering excellent quality outcomes, developing high-performing teams and balancing outstanding resident care with strong operational performance. Confident managing budgets, occupancy and stakeholder relationships, you'll be passionate about creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care and colleagues feel valued, supported and engaged.
