Home Manager – Barchester Healthcare

- Proven ability to develop, engage, and motivate teams for outstanding performance
- Strong organisational and management expertise
- Experience in care home marketing and occupancy growth
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding, CQC compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Flair for communicating effectively across all team levels
- Proven ability to build strong community ties
