Home Manager

Location: Briggs Lodge Residential and Nursing Home, Briggs Lodge, London Road, Devizes, SN10 2DY

Salary: £67,978.44 per annum

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Your Role

You’ll never be doing it alone. Central teams in recruitment, finance, sales, and marketing are available to support you, so you can focus on championing exceptional care:

  • Lead the team to enrich residents’ lives every day
  • Deliver personalised, high-quality care aligned to individual plans
  • Champion meaningful leisure and social activities every day
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Model a positive, kind and supportive culture across the home

Your Skills

Experience and qualities we’re looking for in a Home Manager:

  • Proven experience in a residential or nursing care setting
  • Strong operational management and leadership
  • Skilled as a people-focused communicator who collaborates well
  • Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
  • Valid NMC PIN (preferred)
  • Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
