Home Manager
Location: Briggs Lodge Residential and Nursing Home, Briggs Lodge, London Road, Devizes, SN10 2DY
Salary: £67,978.44 per annum
Hours: 40 Hours per week

Your Role

Your Skills
Experience and qualities we’re looking for in a Home Manager:
- Proven experience in a residential or nursing care setting
- Strong operational management and leadership
- Skilled as a people-focused communicator who collaborates well
- Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
- Valid NMC PIN (preferred)
- Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
