Dual Site Home Manager

Permanent Position

Location: Allington Court & Tenterden House, St Albans AL2 3TN

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £78,000, including 30% management bonus and a fantastic benefit package

Nestled just off the M25, Allington Court and Tenterden House span 13 acres of scenic countryside. These homes offer:

About the Role

As Dual Site Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team with inspirational, person-focused management
  • Delivering outstanding, tailored care to residents—placing their needs and wellbeing first
  • Managing all home-related operations, identifying business opportunities, and meeting profitability goals
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across all relevant areas
  • Building strong relationships—both internally and externally—strengthening Bupa’s reputation as a trusted healthcare provider
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners

Additional Requirements:

  • Registering with the relevant care regulator (a requirement of the role)
  • Occasional out-of-hours or evening work when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical expertise & leadership: Hold an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification
  • Commercial acumen: Navigate the highly regulated care sector with a strategic mindset
  • Continuous improvement: Foster a growth-oriented culture within your team
  • Communication & influence: An effective leader who inspires confidence in colleagues and partners
