Home Manager – Barchester Healthcare

About You
To excel as a Home Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will bring:
- Inspirational leadership skills
- A passion for person-centred care
- A track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalised care and continuous improvement
- Exceptional organisational and management skills
- Training and experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy maximisation
- A strong grasp of safeguarding policies, CQC guidelines, and compliance standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels
- Experience in building and maintaining strong community links
