Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next challenge, or a passionate Deputy Manager ready to step into a well-supported leadership role?
We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for an experienced Home Manager to lead a stable and welcoming nursing, dementia and residential care home in West Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a service with a committed team, strong support from senior leadership and a genuine focus on delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

Whether your background is in nursing or residential care, we’re looking for a confident and inspiring leader with a proven track record of managing high-quality care services.
As Home Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and operational performance. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your team while creating a positive environment for residents, relatives and colleagues alike.

- Previous experience managing a care home, or significant experience as a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
- A background in either nursing or residential elderly care.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of older people.
- The ability to inspire teams and create a positive, resident-focused culture.
