Home School Link Worker – The Beacon School
The Beacon School is looking for a compassionate and proactive Home School Link Worker to support pupils and families through strong home-school partnerships. This permanent role focuses on improving attendance, well-being, and engagement, while helping vulnerable pupils overcome barriers to learning.
The Role
- Build positive relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.
- Support pupil welfare, attendance, and academic success.
- Provide early intervention and tailored support for vulnerable families.
- Assist students transitioning into The Beacon School.

Key Details
- Start Date: September 2026
- Salary: £23,914 FTE (£20,001.60 Actual)
- Hours: 35 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)
- Contract: Permanent
- Closing Date: 17 July, 9:30am
- Interview Date: TBC
