Key Responsibilities
As the Homes Support Administrator, your role will include:

Recruitment support:
- Responding to recruitment enquiries, monitoring the Homes Recruitment email inbox, and resolving queries.
- Posting job vacancies to relevant job boards.
- Facilitating interviews and onboarding new colleagues.

Administration & data management:
- Inputting data and maintaining records across Time & Attendance, Finance, HR, and Payroll systems.
- Collating data necessary for monthly payroll input.

Finance & procurement:
- Managing the purchase ledger, including ordering, delivery note reconciliation, and invoice payments.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and assisting with financial tasks to support the Home.

Client & operational support:
- Assisting the Home Manager with new client enquiries and organising show rounds.

Environmental & cultural contribution:
- Promoting a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
Essential Requirements
You will need:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Demonstrable experience in general administration duties within a busy environment.
- Working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience in minute taking.
- Background in HR administration, payroll, and bookkeeping.
