About The Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll support people in their own homes following illness, injury, or a hospital stay. You’ll work alongside them to rebuild their confidence and skills, encouraging independence. From supporting with personal care and mobility to helping prepare meals and manage daily routines, every day offers the chance to make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with personal care/bathing/showering/toileting/shopping
  • Meal preparation
  • Supervising and/or administering medication
  • Confidence building
  • Exercise programmes/mobility

About You

You will bring:

  • Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work shifts/7 day working
  • Experience of working with adults with a disability or older people and older people with mental health needs
