So you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level?

Our Domiciliary Administrator role could be perfect for you.

About the Role

As a Scheduler at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our Home Visits business. You’ll make sure all clinic scheduling is completed for our Audiology Home Visits teams in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first. This role will involve using different scheduling systems, so confidence with using new systems is essential. You will be receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls, so an excellent telephone manner is a must. You will also be updating customer files, where attention to detail is key. Liaising with external parties is also part of the role, along with working closely with our Home Visits team, so confidence when dealing with people is essential. Your role will also involve some admin duties too.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
