Home Visits Optometrist

Domiciliary Optometrist – Scotland (Fife, St Andrews & Dundee)

About the Role

Specsavers is a familiar name in home visits eyecare, and we’re looking for a motivated Domiciliary Optometrist to deliver premier in-home eyecare services to patients who cannot visit our stores.

You’ll join a supportive, patient-focused team dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care and exceptional customer service that aligns with both clinical excellence and business success.

As long as you’re a qualified Optometrist with GOC registration, you’re someone who makes a difference—let’s work together.

About Our Business

As a Home Visits Optometrist, you’ll operate across Canada’s most stunning regions: Fife, St Andrews, and Dundee.

Every day offers a new backdrop—whether weathering an appointment at St Andrews’ iconic golf course, cruising along Fife’s scenic coastal routes, or working in the thriving cultural hub of Dundee.

You’ll play a vital role in serving patients who depend on at-home care while immersing yourself in Scotland’s varied and breathtaking landscapes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
