Trainee Audiology Practitioner – Home Visits (Domiciliary) Team

About the Role
We are seeking a Trainee Audiology Practitioner to join our Home Visits (Domiciliary) team. You’ll enrol on the Specsavers AP (Audiology Practitioner) course, supported through training that equips you with vital skills, including:
- Performing ear wax removals
- Fitting and programming hearing aids
- Fitting new domes and replacing tubes
- Progressing to further opportunities, such as a Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser role

- Territory covers Fife, Forth Valley, Bo’ness, Linlithgow, and parts of Cumbernauld
- Full UK driving licence is a mandatory requirement

- Fully expensed company car for full-time hours (minimum 36 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm)
- Car allowance of £3000 per annum (applicable for part-time hours, minimum 3 days/week, same hours)

Our Ideal Candidate
We look for candidates who are:
- Passionate about a career in Audiology
- Have experience in customer-facing roles (preferably within care or retail)
- People-obsessed with a genuine desire to help
- Eager to learn and progress
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check required prior to commencing role (renewed every 3 years) under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
- No degree or specific qualifications are needed to join the training programme
- Specific skills needed:
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- A strong willingness for self-development
- Basic familiarity with patient management systems (not essential, but helpful)
