Horizon Functional Consultant

Senior Property Management Consultant (Horizon & ProLease Enterprise) – EMEA

This position is responsible for implementing MRI’s Horizon and ProLease Enterprise property management solutions and providing property and lease management consulting services for existing and new clients throughout EMEA.

Key Opportunities:

For someone with at least 2–3 years of business experience, this role offers the chance to:

  • Develop their career into a subject matter expert on client-facing projects.
  • Lead discussions and implementations.
  • Carry full project ownership—from start to finish.
  • Train clients on MRI Horizon and ProLease Enterprise with a focus on best practices.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Lead and participate in client working sessions to deliver technology-driven business solutions.
  • Collaborate across key stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.
  • Be a team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain expert knowledge of real estate management processes across investor/occupier roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to:
    • Capture requirements.
    • Implement Horizon/ProLease software.
    • Conduct gap analysis and translate needs into solution designs.
  • Guide clients on industry best practices in property and lease management.
  • Author business documentation, including training materials.
  • Support clients with software configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Assist in project timeline, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver remote or in-person training programs on Horizon solutions.
  • Plan and execute implementation strategies, coordinating team resources as needed.
  • Work with varied clients across specialized sectors.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree preferred (IT, Business, Finance, Maths, or Accounting).
  • Advantageous background: Business experience, property/lease management knowledge, or software implementation.
  • Must-have: Experience with property management software (Horizon/ProLease a plus).
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal/written, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Software methodology: Proficiency in implementation workflows.
  • Training experience: Delivery of technical or client training.
  • Occupational competence: Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
