Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain diverse plant displays in premium venues across London and the South East, including:
- Regular watering and fertilisation
- Pruning and cleaning
- Replacement of worn/damaged plants
- Identify and address plant health issues using horticultural expertise.
- Travel daily to multiple sites (using Leaflike vans for transportation).
- Represent Leaflike professionally, fostering positive client relationships.
- Communicate with the team to ensure continuity and quality of service.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
✅ Has hands-on experience in horticultural maintenance (essential) ✅ Shows a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work ✅ Approaches challenges with a positive, practical mindset and the ability to work independently ✅ Holds a clean UK driving licence and is experienced with London traffic/driving challenges ✅ Is willing to start early and travel throughout the working week ✅ Aligns with our core values: Willingness, Integrity, Teamwork, and Respect
