Join us as a Hospital Complex Wound Specialist.: This is your chance to utilise your extensive NPWT & Wound Management clinical expertise to support healthcare professionals in delivering better outcomes for patients while driving adoption of innovative solutions that change lives.

Location Coverage

This role will cover the Leicester, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Hampshire, and Thames Valley areas, placing you near Watford, Reading, or Oxford.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as the trusted clinical expert that healthcare professionals turn to for guidance on:

  • NPWT and advanced wound management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on clinical support and education across acute settings.
  • Design and deliver NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) training programmes.
  • Support complex wound cases and demonstrate the benefits of our PICO and Renasys systems.
  • Collaborate with territory managers and account teams to drive strategic projects.
  • Engage with decision-makers and lead initiatives for improving clinical outcomes and efficiency.
  • Activities range from advising Tissue Viability Nurses and Theatre teams to partnering in audits and clinical pathway development.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should be:

  • A Registered General Nurse or equivalent, with strong clinical aptitude and a passion for enhancing patient care.
  • Experienced in wound care and especially NPWT, with a solid understanding of NHS pathways and decision-making.
  • Skilled in communication and organisation, capable of delivering training, managing priorities, and building impactful relationships.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across your territory and engaging with diverse stakeholders to promote advanced therapies.
