This Hospital Complex Wound Specialist role is for registered general nurses or allied health professionals with expertise in NPWT & advanced wound care. You’ll combine your clinical expertise with commercial acumen to support healthcare teams in delivering best-in-class patient care—while driving adoption of innovative solutions like our PICO and Renasys systems.
**Location Coverage
Primary areas: Leicester, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Hampshire, Thames Valley Ideal base: Watford, Reading, Oxford regions
****What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to clinical advisor for NPWT and complex wounds, collaborating in acute settings to:
- Deliver hands-on NPWT training and workshops
- Provide personalised clinical support for difficult wound cases
- Educate Tissue Viability Nurses, Theatre teams, and specialists
- Collaborate with territory managers & commercial teams to shape local clinical pathways
- Lead audits and evidence-based initiatives to refine best practice

A day in the role: A mix of fieldwork in NHS hospitals, training sessions, case consultations and stakeholder engagement, all while championing evidence-based therapy adoption.
**What Success Looks Like
We’re looking for a clinical expert who can bridge medicine, education, and business.
You’ll thrive if you have: ✔ A Registered General Nurse or allied-medicine qualification, with strong clinical judgment ✔ Hands-on experience in wound care, especially NPWT devices and advanced therapies ✔ Knowledge of NHS pathways, clinical protocols, and decision-making processes ✔ Top-notch communication & organisational skills, able to train, advise and network at all levels ✔ Confidence in travelling (covering your territory’s hospitals) and speaking openly with stakeholders ✔ A commitment to continuous learning: We encourage upskilling in cutting-edge therapies
