Role Summary

We have an opportunity for a Hospital Executive to join our sales team. You will support the implementation of discharge policies that enable the registration of patients to the Nightingale Home Delivery Service. The role involves working in partnership with NHS Trusts to ensure a safe and effective transition from the acute setting into the community.

This is an entry-level opportunity to begin a career in medical sales.

The role is field-based and will require travel across the territory, including occasional overnight stays.

The territory includes Bristol, Bath, Dorset and BOB.

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the core responsibilities of the role and is not intended to be exhaustive:

Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager Delivering and exceeding agreed New Consumer Registrations Providing support at the point of care for patients being discharged home Training clinical staff on best practices for safe discharge using Nightingale, including medical device usage Developing a thorough understanding of the transition process between secondary and primary care within the NHS Building knowledge of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates Providing effective weekly updates via company IT systems (CRM, calendar management, monthly activity reports) Supporting partner Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of ‘hospital to home’ discharge products delivered via the home delivery service Supporting partner organisations with formulary implementation and product guidance Delivering training to healthcare professionals on discharge packs and associated appliances Working closely with the regional team to support delivery of key projects across the territory Building strong customer relationships and promoting products and services to NHS and private healthcare customers
