Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your expertise in healthcare data governance could directly shape how AI understands, processes, and reasons about clinical and operational health information? We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to bring real-world healthcare data knowledge to cutting-edge AI training projects — helping ensure AI systems handle health data with the accuracy, integrity, and compliance that patient care demands.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI background needed — just deep experience in healthcare data governance and a sharp eye for quality, compliance, and clinical relevance.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical data standards, compliance frameworks, and health information workflows
  • Assess AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with real-world hospital data governance practices
  • Identify gaps, errors, or compliance risks in AI-generated healthcare data content — including HIPAA-related scenarios, clinical data quality issues, and regulatory edge cases
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems better understand the nuances of hospital data environments
  • Draw on cross-functional experience spanning clinical, IT, and compliance domains to evaluate AI reasoning across complex healthcare scenarios
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
