Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your expertise in healthcare data governance could directly shape how AI understands and works with clinical information at scale? We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to bring their deep knowledge of health data systems, compliance frameworks, and clinical operations to cutting-edge AI development.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned professionals who know what it takes to make hospital data accurate, trusted, and compliant — and who want to apply that expertise in a high-impact new context.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Define and enforce data governance standards that ensure hospital health records are accurate, consistent, secure, and fit for clinical and operational use
  • Collaborate across clinical, IT, compliance, and leadership teams to align data policies, workflows, and controls
  • Evaluate and improve data quality frameworks that support patient care, regulatory reporting, and analytical decision-making
  • Apply your knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations — including HIPAA — to assess and guide AI-generated health data outputs
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in health data systems and document findings with clarity and precision
  • Work independently and asynchronously on structured, task-based assignments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
