Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your expertise in healthcare data governance could directly shape how AI understands and works with clinical and operational health information? We're looking for experienced health data governance professionals to help ensure hospital data is accurate, trusted, compliant, and ready to power the next generation of healthcare AI.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You'll bring your deep knowledge of healthcare data standards, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration — and put it to work at the cutting edge of AI development.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and define governance standards that ensure hospital health records are accurate, consistent, and secure
  • Review clinical and operational data workflows, identifying gaps in quality, compliance, and documentation
  • Assess how well data governance frameworks support patient care, regulatory reporting, analytics, and decision-making
  • Work across clinical, IT, compliance, and administrative domains to align data policies and practices
  • Provide structured, expert feedback on healthcare data quality, integrity, and governance readiness
  • Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
