Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your expertise in healthcare data governance could directly shape how AI understands and works with clinical and operational health data? We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to help evaluate, validate, and improve AI systems trained on healthcare data — ensuring they reflect real-world standards for accuracy, compliance, and clinical integrity.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep experience in healthcare data governance and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated healthcare data frameworks, policies, and governance outputs for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment
- Assess whether AI models correctly reflect hospital data governance principles — including data quality controls, access standards, and compliance requirements
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or risks in AI outputs related to clinical data management and health information governance
- Provide structured, expert feedback using evaluation rubrics and written commentary
- Apply your knowledge of healthcare privacy frameworks such as HIPAA to assess AI-generated content for compliance accuracy
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA
- Comfortable evaluating data policies, governance structures, and clinical data workflows with a critical eye
- Able to bridge the gap between clinical, technical, and administrative perspectives
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to quality evaluation
- No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Background in health informatics, EHR systems, or clinical data interoperability
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or similar standards
- Prior work in hospital compliance, health IT, or clinical analytics
