Role: Hospital Manager
Location: Ground Floor, St Andrews, The Belfry, Watford, WD24 4WH and Kingscourt, London Roads, Stevenage, SG1 2NG
Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.
Salary: £51,900 - £57,916 (depending on experience)
This is a Duel Site Registered Manager Role between our Watford Hospital and our Stevenage Spoke Clinic.

All of SpaMedica’s hospitals inspected by the CQC have been rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’.
Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager:
- To be responsible for the day to day management of SpaMedica and Freedom Vision at each site.
- This role may suit a nurse, senior healthcare assistant, allied healthcare professional or a person with prior experience of managing healthcare businesses.
- The post holder must obtain and maintain the CQC registered manager status.
As Hospital Manager you will be responsible for and maintain the high quality and standards of the delivery of healthcare services at your site. Whilst maintaining overall responsibility at the site, you are supported by your local Area Manager and by the Board, specifically the Chief Operational Officer. You will be empowered to lead your team and make decisions that mirror that values of SpaMedica in delivering the highest quality of eye healthcare.

The manager at this location will also be responsible for managing our spoke location in Stevenage.
